Sheri Willis, M.A., ACC ICF, ACSTH EQ Coach, our founder, is a certified coach and practitioner with many years of experience. She began her consulting and coaching practice because she cares about people and wants to make the world a better place. She wants to help build thriving organizations that have high performing teams and believes this is possible by focusing on people and team development in addition to business outcomes.
We support organizations, teams, and individuals as they grow, develop and navigate change. Helping people and teams manage change and transitions in effective and sustainable ways (organizational effectiveness) is our specialty.
Our approach to consulitng and coaching is encouragement and guidance to help our clients generate possibilities, focus on their strengths, and build from the wisdom that is within.
